this piece is wonderful and I have two critiques: there is no distinct compelling melody so the arp gets tiring after a while, and it could be mixed more clearly. Compression is your friend and don't rely on the arpeggiator for everything :)

I'd call that "video game" because of the sound choice and lofi quality

I like the passage at 1:53 a lot, it's rather satisfying :)

The harmony is cool, but gets repetitive towards the end where it starts to loop a bunch. I really like the sound design in the beginning, but it also gets repetitive towards the end. I would have loved for this piece to morph continuously as it goes, that would make it really special.

You're absolutely right. I'm just still not sure how I would make it morph as I only learned how to produce and mix music since 2022.
But I'd be interested to hear any suggestions. My first thought was to make a tape effect to it. Perhaps if I pick it back up I'll try that... will post it if successful

This is well put together, and there are clear stylistic choices. It doesn't blow me away or anything, but I like it.

The beginning half is interesting *enough* to compel me forward. The whole track though is a little repetitive for me. Other than that, the sound choice, mix, and design are well done, and the master is nice.
